ERC Partnership Terms & Conditions

By submitting a Partner / Sponsor form or payment for a Partnership / Sponsorship to the Electronics Reuse Conference (ERC), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions of Partnership with the Electronics Reuse Conference, an annual industry event hosted and wholly owned by E-Reuse Services, Inc. (ERS).

1. ERC partnership / sponsorship is subject to availability, and ERS has the right to refuse Sponsorship to any organization or individual at its own discretion and without cause.

2. Partnership / sponsorship is not guaranteed until the sponsorship cost is paid in full by the Sponsor.

3. Partnership / sponsorship is non-transferable without the express written consent of ERS.

4. Partnership / sponsorship is non-refundable.

5. ERS makes every effort to maximize Partners' ability to generate leads and new business through ERC sponsorship, however ERS makes no guarantees related to contacts or business resulting from ERC partnership / sponsorship.

6. Partner must submit all required artwork by the specified date(s), requested by ERS from the Sponsor by email, in order to guarantee inclusion in Conference marketing collateral. ERS makes no guarantee that artwork received after the specified date(s) will be included in any or all ERC marketing materials, and refunds or discounts are not offered for advertisement not received by the Sponsor due to late submission of the required artwork.

7. Exhibitors at ERC are solely responsible for the physical security of their products and materials in the exhibition and exhibitor storage areas.
