What is the Electronics Reuse Conference?
The Electronics Reuse Conference, formerly the International Computer Refurbisher Summit, is North America’s sole computer and electronics refurbishment conference. The conference provides an opportunity for people around the world working in the areas of computer refurbishment and repair, assets management, electronics recycling, and digital inclusion to come together to network, build business relationships, discuss best practices, and learn new techniques for refurbishing and recycling electronics efficiently and cost-effectively.
Where can I find the agenda and list of speakers?
Due to a successful response to last year’s agenda development, ERS will ask the community for suggestions for session topics. Once ideas are submitted the community will vote on which topics should be chosen for presentations at the conference. To suggest a topic, click here.
Can you provide me with an attendee list?
ERC prohibits sharing attendee information. We will update if there is a change to this process.
Why should I stay at the host hotel?
To get the most out of your conference experience we urge you to stay at the host hotel. Your room reservation at the host hotel helps to ensure lower registration rates for this year and for future conferences.

Is there a nonprofit registration rate?
Nonprofit organizations may apply for a discounted registration rate. To apply, contact us. No refunds will be provided if you apply for a nonprofit discount if you have already registered at the regular rates.
WiFi Information
We are happy to provide WiFi to our attendees. Details on the network and password will be shared later this summer.
Health and Wellness
As always, the health and safety of our community is still our top priority. We are constantly monitoring the current climate of COVID-19 and other global pandemics and will have protocols in place for your health and safety as appropriate and required. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning measures, education and awareness about standard personal preventative measures, and ensuring strict adherence to existing rules for food safety, personal hygiene, and infection control with food handling. Vaccinations
There are currently no requirements for in person attendees to show proof of vaccination upon entry to the event. Shuttle buses to/from the New Orleans Airport or any other New Orleans locations will not be provided by the conference. Please consider using public transportation or other sustainable methods of transportation like Uber or Lyft As usual, New Orleans is a very busy city; we recommend you leave extra time in your commute in case of traffic or road closures. There is no luggage check at the event. However, Hyatt Regency may check/store luggage for guests staying at the property, please plan accordingly.
