You’ve registered for the E-Reuse and E-Scrap conference, booked your travel, and now it's time to map out your conference moves — the official #ERC2023 and #EScrap2023 mobile app is available for download! Through the app, you’ll have full access to your event experience.

Our Conference App provides attendees with the ability to connect and engage with one another. You can start networking in advance of the conference, or you can wait until the event starts , whichever you prefer.

The Conference App features advanced technology which promises a seamless networking experience and access to all the information you need about the E-Reuse and E-Scrap Conference — from following event activities to following individual attendees, it’s all included.

When logging into the app, you must log in using the email you registered for the E-Reuse and E-Scrap Conference with.

Step 1: Register for the E-Reuse and E-Scrap Conference 2023 (Skip step 1 if you already registered)

In order to access the app, you’ll need to be registered for the event. Click here to register now.

Step 2: Download the Conference App

Step 3: Open the App

Once downloaded, open the App

Step 4: Enter Your Email and Log into the App

Enter the email you registered with to attend the conference and your password.

Having Trouble Logging In?

If you’re having issues logging in, it’s likely because you’re using an incorrect email address or password. However, if you see an error there are five likely culprits:

  • First, double-check that you entered your email correctly on the login screen. You probably already did that, but we just need to double-check. It's the "turn it off and on again" of this problem.

  • Do you have multiple email addresses? Is it possible that you used a different one to register? Try them out and see if you have any luck.

  • If that doesn't work, it's possible that there was a typo in your email address when you registered. If you definitely remember registering but never got a confirmation email, this is likely the culprit. You'll need to get in touch with us to get sorted out if you think that's the issue. Which brings us to…

    • Did someone order your ticket for you? If so, the ticket may need to be transferred to your email address. Contact us to get more assistance.

    • Any chance you're not registered at all? It happens to the best of us. You can still register, so that's an easy way to get this sorted out quickly.

We’re continuously optimizing the app to improve the user experience. If you’ve already downloaded it, make sure you’re using the most updated version. To do this, head to the App Store to check if an update is available.

What the app brings

Navigating the App

Consider the Home page your E-Reuse and E-Scrap Conference home base. View your upcoming sessions, engage with the Community, explore venue maps, and save agenda events using the Add to calendar button!

Toggle between the main features of the app by tapping the menu icons of the Home screen to flip through the Agenda, Maps, Networking, Sponsors, Speakers, Attendees, and much more.

To make changes to your profile (like adding a photo!), update your settings, or logout, simply click on the Me icon in the lower right corner.

Easily access other helpful info specific to your account including:

  • Messages (bubble icon): your 1:1 messages

  • Connections (people icon): people you’ve connected with

  • Shake (vibrating device icon): used to connect with attendees

Curate Your Agenda

Explore the full E-Reuse and E-Scrap Conference programming schedule and build your own personal agenda to help keep track of the sessions you want to attend. Use the global search bar to look up a keyword from the Home screen.

To refine your search, select the filter icon and apply the Agenda feature to narrow your results to sessions that include the keyword.

Choose your own E-Reuse and E-Scrap Conference adventure and fully curate your agenda within the app with a quick tap: click the add button (+ icon) in the top right of the session block, and boom, it’s been added to your personal agenda. A few notes:

  • Every session has a Add button.

  • You can Add multiple sessions, even if they are happening simultaneously.

  • Go to My Agenda tab at the top of the screen to view your fully curated schedule.

  • The time on the left side of the Agenda will display based on CDT. “Your Time” on the right side displays the start time based on your local timezone.

  • Click on any session card to view additional details, such as a session description, speakers, sponsors, and downloadable takeaways (if applicable).

Note: adding a session does not save a seat.

Exporting Sessions To Your Calendar

If you’re looking to sync up your E-Reuse and E-Scrap agenda with your work or personal calendars, you can easily export single sessions by clicking on a session card from the Agenda page and tapping the Share (boxed arrow icon) button.

You can also add private personal notes to any session by clicking on the Note icon in the top right of the page.

Rating A Session

Don’t forget to leave us a rating! To rate a session, click on the session card on the Agenda page, and tap the Rate Now button towards the top of the screen.

You can submit a 1-5 star rating. You can also leave a rating for speakers.

We encourage you to add details to your rating submissions—we use them to improve our programming strategy for future conferences.

Get to know the dozens of industry-leading experts speaking at the E-Reuse and E-Scrap Conference!

Speakers have traveled from near and far to share their expertise with you — find out where they’ve journeyed from, discover their unique backgrounds through their bios, and check out which sessions they are participating in.

If you’re looking for a specific speaker, click the search icon in the top nav bar and begin typing in their name.

Networking and Community

Community-building is at the center of E-Reuse and E-Scrap and attendees can network and get to know fellow event-goers IRL and online through the app! Browse the Connections page to search for contacts and start 1:1 chatting.

You can see all your 1:1 messages by clicking on the “messages bubble” icon in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.

We recommend you keep your push notifications toggled on so that you don’t miss any important announcements during the event! Surprise moments, sponsor giveaways and session reminders to name a few, will keep you on your toes. Push notifications will be archived in the Announcements section, which can be accessed by clicking on the “microphone” icon in the second page of the home screen.

Making Connections Onsite

You can use the conference app to make new connections with attendees using the “Shake” feature.

Exchange information with other attendees by clicking your phones together. This will trigger a contact exchange card to appear in your app.

You can also store notes and start a 1:1 message with anyone you’ve exchanged contact information with by clicking on the messages bubble icon in the lower upper part of the contact card.

Come back to this page at any time to download the contact to your Contacts app on your mobile device.

Browse Resources

Find helpful resources like attendee lists, information about partner programs or certifications, and ways to get involved with the industry.

You can search for specific resources by keyword, and filter options by category.

Making your way around the conference and the exhibit hall has never been easier.

Use the interactive map to get a dynamic experience and open a 2D digital view of the event venue and exhibit floor. Locate attendee facilities, registration, lounge spaces, and more!

Social Wall

Tune into the E-Reuse and E-Scrap buzz throughout the conference with the Wall. Tap any post to read the full caption.

You can share images, videos, and text posts. You can also interact with fellow attendees by either liking a post or commenting on it.

The Social Wall will be updated periodically throughout the event. Be sure to drag down from the feed to refresh and see the newest posts from fellow E-Reuse and E-Scrap attendees.
