 - R2 Internal Auditor training (A maximum of 25 attendees will be accepted)  $400

Saturday Oct. 27th 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and Sunday Oct. 28th 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 

 Attend the 2 day R2 Internal Auditor Class presented by SERI.  It is offered only to employees of organizations who are seeking R2 Certification or are already R2 Certified.  The R2 Internal Auditor course is designed to discuss all the finer details of the R2 Standard.  Learn what your auditors are learning and how to effectively implement and internally audit R2 in your organization.  

*Certificates of completion will not be provided to attendees.  Attendees may take an optional online exam after the course.  Upon passing the exam candidates will receive a certificate as an R2 Internal Auditor.  Consultants and Certification Body auditors are not eligible for this course, but may take the R2 Lead Auditor course.

This is a two day training on Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am - 5:30pm each day. A break will be provided for attendees to go on their own for lunch. Food and Beverage will not be provided. A maximum of 25 attendees will be accepted.

 - IAITAM CHAMP Training and Certification

Attend IAITAM’s world renowned Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional “CHAMP” Certification Training. Designed to address the numerous issues plaguing professionals in managing hardware assets, this course follows the lifecycle of IT hardware assets beyond the scope of the cradle to grave analogy and discusses the business practices that can best be used to manage those assets efficiently and cost-effectively. Emphasis is placed on the importance of effective policies, tracking assets, creating order from IT lifecycle management chaos, and disposal management.

There are many ways that Hardware Asset Management can benefit an organization. With the volatility of today’s economy and the reduction of IT budgets, finding savings is more important than ever. Organizations that have never heard of IT Asset Management are now educating their staffs and implementing business practices in order to maximize every dollar spent.

This is a two day training on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am - 4:30pm each day. A break will be provided for attendees to go on their own for lunch. Food and Beverage will not be provided. The IAITAM CHAMP Certification Exam is included in the registration fee. Students will receive two attempts to achieve their CHAMP certification within 28 days of course completion.

 - Microsoldering 101 Workshop with Jessa Jones, Loren Nunley and Mark Shaffer

Sunday Oct. 29th from 12:30pm – 2:30pm or 3pm – 5pm FREE

Have you seen an iPhone that just won’t charge any battery?  Or an iPhone 6plus with intermittent grey flickering bars and no touch?  How about an iPhone 7 with audio problems or boot loop? 

Come to the Microsoldering workshop to walk through live demonstration of the repair of the biggest signature problems affecting thousands of phones.   Learn more about training opportunities in the field of logic board troubleshooting and repair.  Get ready to raise your hand, we will be choosing volunteers to learn how to do a micro-BGA chip replacement on the spot—anyone can learn to do Board Repair.

Join Jessa Jones, Loren Nunley and Mark Shaffer for one of these two 2 hour sessions on Sunday October 28th. The workshop is free, but sign up soon space is limited. Conference registration is required.

 - Microsoft Imaging Training Workshop

Sunday Oct. 29th from 8:30am - 5pm FREE

Join Harold Mitts, Senior Technical Program Manager, on Sunday Oct. 29th from 8:30am - 5pm for a FREE all day event to do a deep dive into the world of Microsoft Imaging tools. Bring your lab equipment to participate in a hands-on lab where we will go through many technical details and processes for building and deploying Windows 10. Lab requirements, additional resources for lab preparation, and agenda can be found here:
